How do I make the home selling process different?

It all begins with a phone consultation where we discuss your goals for selling, your timeline, expectations, needs and wants from the process. After that call, I’ll set up a time to come see your home in person where I can bring you more in depth information about what I offer as an agent. This includes, home prep by a staging consultant, professional photos, MLS listing, traditional marketing with a yard sign, online advertising, open houses and showings.

Once offers come in, I will walk you through each offer and answer any questions you have about the offers. There will be pros and cons to each offer and I’ll help explain those to you so you have as much knowledge as possible. Negotiation is part of the contract process in both deciding on price and reaching an agreement and during the inspection phase of being under contract.

I will be in touch during the whole escrow phase and keep you up to date on deadlines in the contract to make sure we never miss anything important. Before you know it we’ll be at the closing table!
