How do I make the home buying process different?

It all starts with a phone call! I will ask you an array of questions to find out more about your dream home. I like to find out more about you so that I can help answer questions about specific neighborhoods or even suggest a few that might work for your lifestyle. I’ll set up a search in the MLS based on our conversation so you can start to see what’s available using your search parameters.

I always suggest that you call a mortgage professional to talk to find out what you are qualified for before we get out and start looking at homes.

Once we find houses that you are ready to start looking at, the fun part begins! We’ll start touring homes that fit your needs and when you find the right one, we’ll work on an offer together that you are comfortable with.

I will negotiate during the offer phase, inspection phase and anything else that comes up during the under contract period. I communicate with you during the whole process to make sure we are meeting deadlines and working towards the ending at the closing table!
